Fuel up on fresh business inspiration, strong coffee and get connected to other like-minded parents.

I believe parenthood and professional development don’t have to be mutually exclusive. It shouldn’t be an either/or situation and I am creating a community that welcomes primary caregivers AND their children to talk about business in a safe and welcoming space (coffee and croissants included!)

Hear from inspiring speakers, all of whom have built and/or worked in successful companies – while raising their families – and want to discuss how they did it with a unique combination of ambition, creativity and resourcefulness. They wish something like this had existed when they started out and lucky for us, they are now joining us to share their valuable lessons, personal experiences and practical business advice.

Founders, freelancers, remote workers and potential career changers who are also parents (moms AND dads, parents-to-be welcome too!) who want to learn how to mix business and babies.

Whether you are setting out to build a startup, launch a small business, start freelancing or are simply looking to invest in yourself alongside your little ones, we are here to help you fuel up on fresh business inspiration, strong coffee and get connected to other like-minded parents.

This ticket entitles one adult and their children to attend the event, which will feature coffee, tea, light refreshments and a continental style breakfast, as well as a children’s play area (designed for ages 4 and under). But all children are welcome to attend with a guardian/parent!

Meet Amy Maureen Lynch

I became a parent while living abroad three years ago and working as a remote freelancer. To continue to pursue my interests, ideas and do what I loved – I viewed professional development as a necessary step to investing in myself alongside my children.

This included bringing them into business settings–pitching while holding my babies, breastfeeding in boardrooms, wheeling strollers into workshops–all the while becoming an (accidental) activist and regular speaker about inclusion and flexible work. As the Founder of Babies, Business + Breakfast, I host parent-friendly professional development events, produce digital resources and advise organizations on designing more inclusive programming and spaces.

I’m looking forward to seeing you at the event series!
